FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — The seasons are changing elsewhere, but Southwest Floridians are creating sandcastles instead of snowmen at the sand sculpting competition in Fort Myers Beach. The competition continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Wyndham Garden Hotel at Fort Myers Beach, but will last until Nov. 27. Attendees will have the opportunity to view creations from 16 participants, and can even learn how to sculpt sand themselves. Admission costs seven dollars, but kids four years or younger can get in free.
