Antonio Martinez CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Twelve-year-old Antonio Martinez was riding his bicycle Friday night on Tropicana Parkway when he was hit by a car, leaving his relatives to grieve. “My whole world just crumbled,” said Donna Lester, the boy’s grandmother. “I dont know how to get on from this.” The family is trying to raise money to have his body taken to New York, where it can rest with many of his family members. They’ve created a GoFundMe page for that purpose. The driver in the crash called 911 and is cooperating with investigators. It’s unclear if he’ll face charges.
