FORT MYERS, Fla. – A 45-year-old heroin dealer received a 30-year prison sentence in federal court on Friday, federal prosecutors said. Norris Williams was convicted in April for three counts of possession with intent to distribute heroin, and one count of attempting to possess with intent to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin. He sold and purchased heroin from undercover officers in 2014 and 2015, the United States Department of Justice said.
