City council not happy with developer’s plans for City of Palms ParkFriends grieving for 15-year-old shot during attempted robbery
FORT MYERS, Fla. – A Cape Coral paving company hoping to get a new license to continue business may come up empty-handed. Over the last week and a half, viewers have called, emailed and messaged WINK News their complaints against Zlatan “Goldy” Krekic and his paving business, Croat Paving. Krekic does not have a license to do paving jobs, but was hoping his wife, Nelica Krekic, would receive her license so he could continue operating his business. However, Nelica Krekic went before the Lee County Construction Licensing Board on Tuesday where the board voted five to two to deny Nelica Krekic her license because she did not have enough in-field experience. Call for Action also received our first phone call from a client of Krekic’s who was happy with the work Krekic did. Ron Poland said Krekic worked on his home on three separate projects over the last seven years and he was pleased with the outcome.
