FORT MYERS, Fla. — Matthew Marshall, the man accused of killing and dismembering his father, Rick Marshall, cross-examined several forensic specialists on Tuesday at the Lee County Courthouse. Most of Marshall’s questions centered around body parts that were found in a suitcase near the Marshalls’ home, as well as a torso that was found a month earlier. Marshall is representing himself and struggled with many challenging topics due to his lack of legal experience. The trial will resume Thursday when Marshall presents his case.
