CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Several roads in Charlotte County were shut down due to flooding Monday night, according to John Elias of the public works department. Those roads were: Quesada Avenue Salyers Street Westchester Boulevard Loveland Boulevard Harbor Boulevard Birchcrest Boulevard Sandhill Boulevard Paulson Drive Flooding was also reported near Southwest 30th Street and Chiquita Boulevard.
