FORT MYERS, Fla. – A teacher at Fort Myers Middle School says she has learned so much from her students who are willing to give though they don’t have much. “They really — a lot of them don’t have anything at home,” Falecia Phillips said. For the past two weeks, her students have collected food to donate to the Salvation Army. Phillips said her students inspire her to be more charitable. “It makes me look and say ‘Wow! I have a lot that I can give and I can always give more because my students are giving more than I am,'” she said.
