NAPLES, Fla. – A crash involving a Collier County deputy’s patrol car has created road block on Pine Ridge Road at Lawson Way, according the Florida Highway Patrol. The wreck happened at 4:30 p.m. and sent the deputy to the hospital, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. It appeared that a dark-colored car rear-ended the patrol car, FHP said. No further information was immediately available.
