NAPLES, Fla. — A woman had her gold necklace, a gift from her late husband, stolen by the woman she hired to clean her home. Collier County deputies said Francis Ruiz, 43, switched out the victim’s necklace with costume jewelry, thinking she wouldn’t notice. But the victim did notice and reported her to the police. Ruiz is facing a grand theft charge.
