Lightning strike victim saved by stranger

NAPLES, Fla. — A man was struck by lightning on a construction site and saved by an unknown good Samaritan.

The lightning bolt hit a worker inside Naples Reserve, a brand new community, while laying slabs. As he stood up, he was struck by the bolt and barely left alive.

Deputies came to the neighborhood and saw a man giving the victim CPR.

The victim was rushed to the hospital, but the man who kept the victim alive was never identified during the commotion.

The victim has been hospitalized and is recovering.
