NAPLES, Fla. — A 66-year-old man was attacked by Jose Rodriguez, a Chinese food delivery driver, and left with serious injuries. Deputies say the attack happened off of Vanderbilt Drive Friday night. The victim, who chose to remain anonymous, said he always ordered from the China Wok a mile away from his house. When the victim answered the door to get his food, Rodriguez, 33, headbutted the victim and put him in a chokehold. The victim suffered several cuts and a broken nose. He also said he plans on moving into a new home and fears for his safety. Rodriguez is now out on bond with a battery charge.
