EAST NAPLES, Fla. — A Golden Gate Estates man is accused of arranging a fake job interview with a woman and coercing her into a medical exam.

Jonathan R. Jusino, 33, is in custody and faces sexual battery charges after examining the woman’s breasts and pelvis while she was wearing only a medical gown at Alta Health Group Walk-in Medical Clinic, 7385 Radio Rd No. 104 in East Naples, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.

The clinic said it has fired Jusino.

“We have been made aware through the news that a non-professional male employee improperly accessed the clinic premises after hours and was involved in an incident with a female,” a statement from the clinic read. “We do not know any other details, but clearly this employee acted without any knowledge of the practice and the access is in violation of the clinic rules.”

Deputies said the woman told them she felt she had to oblige Jusino’s request that she undergo the exam in order to get the receptionist job she wanted. Jusino was the only person at the office when the woman arrived shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Jusino, who doesn’t have any licenses or records with the Florida Department of Health, told the woman she had to take the exam before the interview could begin, the sheriff’s office said.

Jusino’s duties at the clinic are to place patients in rooms, perform EKG tests and take vital statistics. He has no role in the hiring process and is not authorized to conduct medical exams, according to a sheriff’s office investigation.
