FORT MYERS, Fla. – A 14 year old who had been previously arrested for burglary was again arrested in connection to an armed robbery at the McDonald’s located at 1190 S Cleveland Ave., according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Angel Pacheco is facing charges for the robbery, which happened Monday before 8:30 p.m. Trish Routte with Crime Stoppers said her agency received an anonymous tip that led them to Pacheco.

Surveillance video allegedly showed Pacheco running up to a McDonald’s drive-through window and pointing a handgun at the employee. He made off with cash, though it is not known how much, according to deputies.

Pacheco was arrested twice for burglary when he was 12 years old, according to deputies.
