BUCKINGHAM, Fla. – Anne Holton, the wife of presidential nominee Tim Kaine, stopped in town for Hillary Clinton’s campaign. High-stakes testing was a hot topic for Holton, who compared it to child abuse.

Holton, former Secretary of Education in Virginia, also addressed teacher pay and explained Clinton’s plan to make college tuition-free.
