Fort Myers family hopes for justice 9 years after murder

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Robert Dunham would have turned 37 on Friday had it not been for shooting that took his life nine years ago, robbing his 10-year-old daughter of her father.

The state attorney’s office dropped charges against a man who turned himself in for Dunham’s murder after key witnesses changed their stories. All this time later, the shooter remains at large, but Dunham’s family maintains hope that someone will speak up and justice will served.
