VIDEO: Companies establish headquarters in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- In the past few weeks, two companies purchased new headquarters in Cape Coral.

The automotive advertising agency Moore and Scarry outgrew its office in Fort Myers and chose to move into a building near the Cape Coral VA hospital. The company is looking to expand by 20 percent and hopes to add 15 new jobs in the near future.

Chicago-based Natural Health Partners, a wholesale distributor of organic health products, paid roughly $4 million for a corporate building off Pine Island Road. The nearly 70,000-square-foot building has sat mostly empty for years.

The city expects the economic benefits derived from dozens of new jobs to be exponential.
