Man accused of stealing boat that belongs to Cecil the Lion’s killer

MARCO ISLAND, Fla. – A man is facing charges for grand theft after he allegedly took a $60,000 boat that belongs to Walter Palmer, the man who caused a national uproar when he killed a lion for sport.
