Local fisherman scores new fish tale with 15-foot sawfish

SANIBEL, Fla. – Steve Rigby is a regular on Sanibel beach where on Sunday he reeled in “the catch of a lifetime,” a 15-foot sawfish.

FWC asks that people report when they see or catch a sawfish. The species is endangered and should be released back into the ocean.
