LABELLE, Fla. — The Hendry County Sheriff’s Office issued a warning Wednesday about two men who’ve repeatedly been seen riding by an 8-year-old girl and trying to talk with her as she walked home from a bus stop. The incidents occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday near a bus stop on E Road close to Spencer Street in LaBelle. The sheriff’s office said the men drove a red or burgundy truck with faded paint and writing on the side. They were described as Hispanic, between the ages of 30 and 35, with one having a mustache and goatee.
