LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- A man robbed Maria’s Bridal, 1430 Lee Boulevard, at knife-point Thursday afternoon, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said. Shortly after 1 p.m., the suspect entered the bridal store and approached a store employee, brandishing a knife while demanding all the money from the register. The man then fled the store on foot and was last seen heading southbound on Lee Boulevard, authorities said. The suspect is described as being around 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with blue eyes and tattoos on his forearm. He was wearing a white bandana over his face, officials added. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
