WEATHER: Hot, humid start to June, with scattered storms

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Another hot and humid day is in the offing Wednesday for Southwest Florida, with scattered storms in the p.m. hours.

Highs will soar into the low 90s, with storms increasing as the afternoon wears on and decreasing after sunset. Heavy rain, gusty winds and lightning are all possible in the storms.
