NAPLES, Fla. — Authorities are searching for a woman who allegedly purchased $800 in Burger King gift cards using a fraudulent credit card Friday in Naples.

The same woman tried to use the credit card to buy another $800 in gift cards at a Burger King in Bonita Springs a few hours later, a Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers report said. Employees at that location refused to fulfill her request.

The woman was seen leaving the Bonita Springs restaurant in a blue Ford F-150 with a truck bed cover, the report said.

Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.swflcrimestoppers.org or by texting a tip to CRIMES (274637) Keyword: REWARD.
