FORT MYERS, Fla. — Memorial Day marks the start of the summer season, that means it’s time to get outside and grill.

This morning we fired up the WINK Kitchen with Grill Master Pete Seitz from Longhorn Steakhouse. He stopped by the studio with some expert tips for how to grill a great steak.

Longhorn is kicking off the summer grilling season with its fourth annual Grill Us Hotline.

The restaurant’s certified Grill Masters will be available via phone on Sunday, May 29 from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. to provide expert tips just in time for your holiday grill-outs.
