Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- A man suspected in a number of wallet thefts at grocery stores and the use of fraudulent credit cards has been arrested. Tyler Nelson, 26, is facing multiple charges including grand theft from person 65 years or older, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and criminal use of a personal identification without consent. Authorities with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office were able to identify Nelson through a number of surveillance images captured during the incidents.
