FORT MYERS, Fla. – The smell of BBQ and flavorful smoke is in the air over the River District in downtown Fort Myers, as the 3rd annual Smoke on the Water BBQ & Music Festival gets underway. The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center is once again proud to bring some of the best barbeque from around the country to Southwest Florida. BBQ teams will not only serve up award winning BBQ but compete against each other to see who has the best. The event is Free and open to the public with live music and craft beer throughout the festival. Festivities kick off Friday at 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and start back up on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. in the downtown Fort Myers River Basin.
