$200K bond set for East Naples homicide suspect

NAPLES, Fla.- A man facing second degree murder charges in connection with a body found in an East Naples wooded area is being held on $200,000 bond.

Kurt William L’Heureux, 42, was appointed a public defender in court on Tuesday for the murder of 41-year-old Robert Charles Guyette.

A judge ordered L’Heureux to surrender any firearms he may have and to not have any contact with seven witnesses named in the case if he bonds out of jail.

L’Heureux’s arraignment is set for May 9.
