The incident happened on Arlington Avenue and Windsor Drive near Marsh Avenue before 6:30 p.m. Police were driving a SUV during the chase, which landed in a ditch, according to witnesses. Witnesses were seen speaking with police at the scene, where the green ATV was loaded onto a truck. The man was taken to the hospital, but his condition is unknown.
