The predators are often men from all walks of life, said Sgt. Jody Payne. She has been on the force for more than a decade. Sgt. Payne asks parents to continue monitoring their children’s phones to prevent them from becoming a victim. Her force works with six other law enforcement agencies, including the FBI.
