NFMHS grad, NFL player Tre Boston to receive key to City of Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Tre Boston, a North Fort Myers High School graduate who currently plays for the Carolina Panthers, will receive a key to the City of Fort Myers on Monday, city officials announced.

Boston, who played in Super Bowl 50 against the Denver Broncos, will receive the key from Mayor Randall Henderson for playing in the game and “for his outstanding athletic ability,” city officials said in a statement.

The ceremony will take place inside City Hall at 4:30 p.m. during a city council meeting.
