Missing Collier County man’s truck found

EAST NAPLES, Fla.- Deputies found a truck located behind a Super 8 motel belonging to a man who has been missing since Sunday.

The purple truck belongs to Salvador Sanchez, aka Chava, who was last seen near the 8 Ball lounge, deputies said. It was found near a wooded area behind the hotel with a wallet inside.

A security guard said she first noticed the truck on Monday in an area where only 18-wheelers park. More than two dozen deputies searched the wooded area but did not locate Sanchez.

The wooded area where the truck was found is the same place where Heather King’s body was found. She was listed as missing in May of 2015. Her father recovered her body a few days after an area search turned up nothing.
