The upscale restaurant with a casual experience is the fourth restaurant to join Sundial and allows guests and patrons the opportunity to sit down at one of four hibachi grill top tables and experience true hibachi cooking from engaging and skillful hibachi chefs.

From high quality preparation, presentation and ingredients, guests not only experience the thrill of hibachi cooking but also can indulge in world class, fresh hand rolled sushi. Sushi chefs create a daily specialty roll along with all the favorites like, California rolls and spicy tuna.
