NAPLES, Fla. – A 36-year-old man was arrested and charged Saturday with engaging in sexual activity with an underaged girl at his home. Scott Prince, of 2675 NE 45th Ave. in Golden Gate Estates, is also charged with child abuse, lewd lascivious battery and the distribution of obscene material to a minor. The unidentified girl, who is between ages 12 and 15, met Prince on Omegle, an anonymous chat website, according to a police report. The website encourages visitors to “talk to strangers” but also warns that it is popular with predators. The pair met on three different occasions between December 2015 and Jan. 23: A Bob Evans restaurant off Northbrooke Plaza Drive in December. They had sex in a nearby parking lot, the report said. On Saturday, she was forced to perform sexual acts in his den, then was sexually assaulted in his bedroom, the report said. The girl also told detectives from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that Prince previously showed her pornography and recorded the episode in the den on his phone, the report said. Prince also slapped the girl and threatened to kidnap her, the report said. Prince is married with children, according to the sheriff’s office.
