Dolphins DT Mitchell and RT James ruled out of Sunday’s game

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) – Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Earl Mitchell and right tackle Ja’Wuan James have been ruled out of Sunday’s game at San Diego because of injuries.

Mitchell is nursing a calf injury. James returned to practice this week but will miss his seventh game in a row because of a left toe injury.

Linebacker Jelani Jenkins (ankle) missed practice again Friday and is doubtful. Receiver Rishard Matthews (ribs) and cornerback Bobby McCain (concussion) are questionable.
