SARASOTA, Fla. – A man is recovering after his parachute got stuck in power lines. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office posted pictures of the man stuck in the lines on Facebook Saturday morning. It happened in the 8500 block of Fruitville Road. Florida Power and Light had to cut power to the area while the fire department helped the pilot get down. Deputies said the man is doing okay.
