Masked man robs NFM Circle K

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla.- Authorities are searching for a masked man who held up a North Fort Myers Circle K store earlier this week.

The suspect entered the store, located on the 19000 block of N. Tamiami Trail, around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Officials say the suspect demanded the clerk hand over cash from both of the registers or he would shoot her with a gun he insinuated was in his shoe.

The clerk handed over the money, and the suspect ran away heading southbound on N. Tamiami Trail.

The suspect is described as being approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a black sweatshirt, black gloves and a white mask which concealed his face.
