43rd Fort Myers Boat Show docks in downtown

FORT MYERS, Fla. – That time of year has arrived as the 43rd Fort Myers Boat Show docks in downtown Fort Myers.

Over 600 boats along with marine and fishing vendors have set up along Edwards Drive in front of the Fort Myers Yacht Basin and inside the Harborside Events Center. Over 100 different boat lines will be on display, from skiffs to center consoles, offshore fishing boats and motor yachts. Along with resorts, charters and boat clubs there’s something for everyone.

The show will also feature a fishing village and tackle show in Centennial Park hosted by Fishin’ Frank’s Tackle Shop. Where you can try your hand in the fish fighting simulator and see if you have what it takes to reel in that big catch. If life underwater is more your speed, you can go SCUBA diving in the “Be A Diver” pool. The 15,000 gallon mobile pool allows you to breath underwater and experience what it’s like to dive, free of charge with boat show admission.

The Fort Myers Boat Show runs November 19th to the 22nd. Tickets are $10 per person, 16 and under are free with a paying adult, tickets can only be purchased at the event gate located at Bay and Dean Street in downtown Fort Myers.
