Celebrate Dia De Los Muertos

NAPLES, Fla. – Dia De Los Muertos or the Day of the Dead is Monday, November 2nd but you can start the celebration early this Halloween weekend.

Masa, home to authentic Mexican cuisine with a vibrant style and setting is proud to celebrate the annual occasion and mark it with a special menu and unique cocktails created just for the Day of the Dead.

The special Dia De Los Muertos menu for both Friday and Saturday nights features:

Pan de muertos

  A special Day of the Dead bread for the ancestors

Pomegranate Guacamole

Ripe avocado, pico de gallo, lime juice, fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds

Mole Negro con Pollo

Oaxaca mole sauce, half semi boneless chicken, Mexican rice, toasted sesame seeds, ripe plantains and fresh tortillas

Flan de Calabaza

Pumpkin Flan, candied pumpkin seeds

The Dia De Los Muertos menu can be ordered for $35 per person or items can be ordered by themselves to accompany other menu items. The featured cocktail, Ashes to Ashes will be a signature black margarita with a special recipe.

Sugar Skull face painting and live music will also accompany festivities on both Friday and Saturday.
