MGN WATFORD, England (AP) — Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor will not play in Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium. Bills coach Rex Ryan says Taylor has not recovered from his left knee injury and did not practice on Thursday. Ryan says “when you touch it and it’s still sore, that means it hasn’t healed all the way.” With Taylor out, EJ Manuel will again start for the Bills (3-3). The Bills have plenty of other injury worries, with Ryan saying defensive tackle Kyle Williams also won’t play. Williams was carted off in the fourth quarter in last week’s loss to Cincinnati with a left knee injury. ___ Online: AP NFL websites: http://www.pro32.ap.org and http://www.twitter.com/AP_NFL
