Prost to Oktoberfest!

CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Marking their 30th year, the German American Social Club of Cape Coral is once again hosting Oktoberfest.

Every year the festival grows and becomes bigger and better than before and this year is no exception. Featuring a tent and performance area the size of a football field, with three stages, two dance floors and non-stop live music direct from Germany.

Both the Zimmer Kapelle Biberach and the Kawogel bands will entertain crowds and perform authentic German music both weekends. In addition to authentic music, food and beer direct from Germany are also a part of the fun.

From Bratwurst to Schweinhaxen and Leberkaese, even Schnitzel, Sauerbraten and many more favorites, you’ll feel like you’re in Germany. Not to mention the more than 700 barrels of Imported German Bier along with domestic beer and German wine and spirits. Children will enjoy a carnival area complete with rides and games, even a ferris wheel to ride.

Oktoberfest kicks off on Friday, October 16th for weekend one, running through the 18th and opens back up for weekend two on Friday October 23rd running through the 25th. Advance tickets are $5, at the gate are $6 and children under 12 are free.
