NORTH PORT, Fla. – A memorial is growing for missing 9-week-old Chance Walsh as investigators continue to search for answers in his disappearance.

The baby’s parents, Kristen Bury and Joseph Walsh, remain in jail in South Carolina facing child neglect charges.

Tuesday morning, Chance’s grandparents were carting away the baby’s belongings from his North Port home. The landlord says, he wants everything out of the home.

“The only thing we care about right now is finding our grandson, Chance Walsh. We will not stop until we find him,” said Sally Susino, Chance’s grandmother.

The baby’s grandparents say they are thankful for the support of the entire community.

“Anybody who is thinking about doing any searches on their own, God bless you, we love you for wanting to do that, but please do not do any searches, you may damage or tamper with any clues or evidence that is going to find him and we don’t want that to happen,” said Susino.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office says they are doing all they can to find the 9-week-old.

When deputies searched the home for Chance, they only found blood spattered inside. Deputies say, there is only two people who know where Chance is and they’re not talking. Bury’s mother is now begging, for her daughter to cooperate and end this tireless search for Chance.

“We are asking the world right now, pray with us, pray to bring him home, pray to find him. We know we can do it,” said Susino.

The sheriff’s office is not releasing any new information about Chance and have not said when Bury and Walsh will be extradited to Florida.
