ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) – The Florida Highway Patrol says a FedEx truck crashed into a car and flipped off of Interstate 4 near Orlando. The Monday night crash left packages strewn along Central Florida Parkway. Troopers say 45-year-old Salvatore Anzelone of Palmetto lost control of the double-trailer semi-truck as he drove east on I-4, hit a car and then the guardrail. The first trailer became detached, went over the guardrail and fell onto the highway below. No one was seriously injured. Anzelone was ticketed for improper lane change. FedEx issued a statement saying the company is cooperating with investigators and that a process is in place to retrieve the packages and notify customers. Several lanes of I-4 were closed for hours but have reopened. Central Florida Parkway remains closed.
