FORT MYERS, Fla. – This morning, we fired up the WINK Kitchen with Pinchers Crab Shack. It’s one of a number of restaurants participating in the WINK Taste of Lee. We got a little preview with Chef Nic Hartzer. He made some delicious jumbo lump crab cakes, one of two Pinchers items you’ll find at the event.
