BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- A suspect is still on the loose after detectives say he robbed two banks in just three days.

On Wednesday, September 9 around 3:30 p.m., a man between 30 and 40 years of age walked into the Wells Fargo branch, located at 12801 Bonita Beach Road, and handed the teller a note demanding money.

Authorities say the man got away with an unknown amount of cash and entered a parked vehicle, driven by a white female.

Two days later, on Friday, September 11, a man entered the BB&T branch at 12851 Bonita Beach Road around 4 p.m. and gave a teller a note, again demanding cash. The suspect left the bank in a white four door vehicle, which witnesses described as a sports car.

Detectives believe the same man is responsible for both crimes. He’s described as being approximately 6 feet tall with no facial hair.

If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
