CAPE CORAL, Fla. – Beautiful Tarpon Point on the water in Cape Coral is now home to the first ever, Paddle at the Point. The event will bring in world class athletes from around the globe, including Annabel Anderson of New Zealand, the worlds top female paddler along with trainer and coach Johnny Puakea. Athletes and aspiring paddlers are welcome to register to participate in three separate races happening Saturday morning. Racers will receive a gift bag and in some races compete for a $9,000 purse. Spectators are also encouraged to watch the races throughout Saturday morning, complete with food from Pinchers along with several vendors and live music featuring the band Hatley.
