SAN CARLOS PARK, Fla. – From pizza to homemade sausage and hand rolled meatballs, there’s a new Italian eatery in Southwest Florida that’s as authentic as they come.

Mama Gustos Pizzeria, just opened their doors in San Carlos Park and they’re serving up some very large portions of hand made and home cooked rustic Italian food. Known for their pizza, Owner Al Carfagno and his team whip up three styles of pizza, traditional, house and Sicilian deep dish. Along with seven mouthwatering specialties pizzas ready for you to take a bite of.

The combination of toppings are endless and the pizza’s are large, in-fact if you’ve got an appetite you might go for their “Big Mama.” Weighing in at a minimum of 16 pounds and rolled from a 40oz dough ball, the massive pizza contains, ham, bacon, meatball, sausage, Canadian bacon, black and green olive, onion, green pepper and banana pepper.
