LEE COUNTY, Fla. – WINK crew is on the scene of a shooting according to witnesses. We spoke with one of the men involved in this shooting and he tells us that this all started with a fight over a woman near SR 31 in Alva. One car fired at another car and a chase began. The chase continued into Fort Myers, down Palm beach Boulevard and over the bridge into North Fort Myers. It ended at Lamar Rd. The witness goes on to tell us that one person was shot and rushed to the hospital and another person is in custody. Both Fort Myers Police and Lee County Deputies are searching for another person who may be involved in this chase. Count on Wink to bring you more on this breaking story as it comes available.
