FORT MYERS, Fla.- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is looking for a man who broke into a massage parlor early Saturday morning and left with the entire cash register.

Deputies responded to Assuage Massage, located at 9704 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers, around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday after the alarm was set off.

Detectives say a man was caught on video outside of the business, trying to break the glass door before finally gaining entry by using what appeared to be a crow bar.

Once inside, the suspect jumped over the counter and began rummaging through drawers and cabinets. After seeing the cash register underneath the counter, he tried to open the drawer but was unable to. Detectives say that’s when he lifted the entire cash register and ran out the front door with an unknown amount of cash and jewelry.
