Thief steals $3,000 in glass pipes from Dollar Store

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla.- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a thief who broke into a Dollar Store and stole more than $3,000 in glass pipes.

Surveillance cameras captured images of the man smashing through a display case at the store, located at 1890 N. Tamiami Trail, just before 2 a.m. on Monday, July 6.

The suspect was able to gain entry to the store after shattering a glass window on the side of the business. When a store employee arrived at the Dollar Store later that morning, he discovered that the store had been broken into, although only the glass pipes were taken.
