Lee Physician Group: Medical house calls

LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Physician house calls are making a comeback.

Lee Physician Group established a house call program in 2011. Now, three advanced providers are treating patients throughout Lee County who are either permanently or temporarily disabled.

Nurse practitioner care
Medical evaluation and treatment
Visits are covered by most insurances

Criteria:
Limited mobility
Dementia patients
Cognitive or memory issues
Quadriplegia and paraplegia
Pulmonary and cardiac issues
