LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- The Lee County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man found dead near Acton Avenue Wednesday evening. The body of 29-year-old David Rice of North Fort Myers was found lying face down and partially clothed near the intersection with Banning Street. LCSO is now handling the case as a homicide.
